Mission
Cry Havok is a family-oriented guild in a quite literal way - the core members are all family or fiercely loyal friends. We are committed to supporting each other, making sure needs are met, and working towards common goals. We are a team, and we expect each member of the team to contribute to the whole. We have members of every level and routinely schedule events ranging from the Deadmines to 10-man instances such as Scholomance and Stratholme. We are not a Molten Core guild, nor are we racing towards that end. It is our purpose to create a warm and comfortable home for our members, even if it's not a mansion.

Guild Website
The Official Guild Website is www.cry-havok.com.

Guild Tabard
The official tabard is a golden open-fanged howl on a the black background of night. "Cry havok, and let slip the dogs of war."

Guild Forums
The guild forums serve as the main out-of-game communication channel. Our Rules and Charters are required reading of our membership (for both our own members and our allies), and can be found in the public section of the forums. In addition, guild meetings, announcements, raids, and events will be posted in the Members section.

Ventrilo
Cry Havok has a dedicated Ventrilo server for real-time voice communication. Connection information can be found in the Members forum. Use of Ventrilo requires a microphone/speaker or headset, as well as installation of the free Ventrilo Client application. Ventrilo may be acquired at www.ventrilo.com.

Trial Membership
Trial Membership is by invitation only. Currently, only officers or the Guild Master have the permission to invite players into the guild.
1) Trial members are required to register their primary guild character into the Guild Forums, and enter a request for consideration in the Application
forum.
2) Once accepted, trial members are put under officer and member review for a period of 30 days. At this point, trial members will be granted access to most member-only forums.
3) Trial members who do not meet Cry Havok expectations after 30 days will be removed from the guild roster, and from member-only forums.
4) Failed trial members may re-apply at the discretion of the Guild Master and Officers after a 30-day waiting period.

Guild Meetings
Guild Meetings will be held on a routine basis (or as emergency dictates) to discuss guild events and issues. Meetings will be posted at least 1 week in advance in the forums. Official Guild Headquarters are in the Keep in Menethil Harbour.

Guild Banks
Cry Havok has several bankers for our tremendous amount of goods. Donations may be mailed directly to specific bankers, hand delivered at the close of guild meetings, or mailed en masse to Sugar, who will distribute them among the other bankers. Raw resources will be warehoused and disbursed as necessary to our tradeskillers. Equipment items maybe be sold for guild funds, disenchanted, or warehoused at the discretion of our bankers.

Leaving Cry Havok
We are well aware the circumstances change in the lives of our players - friends join other guilds, time zones change, life happens. Conflicts arise that make it impossible for players to attend our events. Players advance quickly and find they've outgrown us. We understand this. We don't want to hold anyone back from enjoying the game to the fullest. But we also can't make every member happy. We know there are circumstances under which people will leave the guild. In the event a member does wish to leave Cry Havok, they will be welcome to rejoin so long as said player left in good standing and remain registered in our forums. In short, don't burn your bridges - it's always nice to be able to come home.
